Why does it say "File not found" for my recording? +
This usually happens if the audio file was moved or deleted from your device outside of the app. To fix this, simply re-record the Thikr or re-import the file into your playlist.
How do I change the order of tracks? +
Currently, tracks are listed in the order they were added. To re-order, you can remove a track and re-add it at the end, or create a fresh playlist with your preferred sequence.
Can I loop just one specific ayah in a Surah? +
Yes! Open the Quran reader, find the Ayah, and use the 'Loop' icon on that specific track. You can also set a high repetition count for it in your custom playlist.
Counter & Customization
How do I switch between Digital and Beads mode? +
Go to the Home screen. At the top, you will see a toggle switch for "Digital" and "Beads". Tap your preferred style to switch instantly.
Can I change the app to Arabic or Urdu? +
Absolutely. Go to the Sidebar Menu > Language. You can choose between English, Arabic, and Urdu. The entire app interface will adapt to your choice.
Is there a Dark Mode? +
Thikr Home follows your system theme by default, but you can also manually toggle Dark/Light mode from the Home screen's top switch next to the menu.
Account & Privacy
Are my voice recordings uploaded anywhere? +
Privacy is our priority. Your voice recordings are stored locally on your device. They are only uploaded if you explicitly choose to sync your data with your account.
How do I delete my account data? +
You can clear all local data from the Settings menu. If you have a synced account, you can request data deletion by contacting us directly.
